DMCA

This page sets out our policy for handling copyright complaints under the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) and similar laws. We respect the intellectual property rights of others and expect our content to respect them too. If you believe that material on this website infringes your copyright, please follow the process below.

Our Position on Copyrighted Material

This site publishes original guides and commentary about Insta Pro, a third-party modified app. We do not host or distribute the app’s source code, and any download buttons on this site link to external third-party sources over which we have no control. Where third-party trademarks or names appear (such as Instagram or Meta), they are used for identification only and remain the property of their respective owners.

How to Submit a Takedown Notice

If you are a copyright owner (or authorised to act for one) and believe content on iinstaproapp.in infringes your rights, send a written notice to [email protected] including all of the following:

  1. Identification of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed.
  2. The exact URL(s) of the material on this site you want removed or disabled.
  3. Your full name, address, telephone number and email address.
  4. A statement that you have a good-faith belief the disputed use is not authorised by the copyright owner, its agent or the law.
  5. A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorised to act on the owner’s behalf.
  6. Your physical or electronic signature.

What Happens After We Receive a Notice

We review every complete notice we receive. If the notice is valid, we will remove or disable access to the identified material promptly and may notify the party responsible for posting it. Incomplete notices may be returned with a request for the missing information. Please note that misuse of the takedown process — for example, submitting a false claim — can have legal consequences.

Counter-Notices

If material you are responsible for was removed following a takedown notice and you believe the removal was a mistake or misidentification, you may send a counter-notice to the same email address with your name and contact details, identification of the removed material and its former URL, a statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief the material was removed by mistake, your consent to the jurisdiction of your local courts, and your signature. We will forward valid counter-notices to the original complainant.

Repeat Infringers

We may, at our discretion, restrict or terminate access for parties who repeatedly submit infringing material or abuse the complaints process.
